Anybull is a phrase I had picked up from a very close friend of mine. He’d respond to most long-winded stories with “You expect me to believe any bullsh*t?”

With time, and due credit to laziness, eventually it shortened to “anybull”. It has served as an effective response to a lot of bullsh*t I’ve heard over the years.
